Event and Application Alerts

Japanese event tickets can open at short notice and follow Japan time. Tell us which artists, teams, or events you want to attend, and we’ll monitor the official announcements for you.

When an application round, additional release, or official resale opens, we’ll alert you with the important dates and details so you know when and how to apply.

What this service is

Tickets for events in Japan are released in stages. First there is an announcement. Then there are one or more application rounds, followed by a general sale, and later an official resale or an additional release. Each stage has its own dates, and the dates are published on Japanese-language channels.

We keep a list of the artists, teams, venues, and events that you care about. We follow the official announcements for each one, and we inform you by email, WhatsApp, or LINE when a round opens. Each alert states the closing date, the purpose of the round, and whether you are eligible.

Alerts are the starting point for every other service. If you have asked us to apply on your behalf, we do so as soon as the alert is issued. If you prefer to act yourself where that is possible, the alert gives you the date and the channel.

Where this gets difficult from overseas

Announcements are usually in Japanese and appear on artist, promoter, and venue websites during Japanese business hours. Sale rounds can be very short, often opening and closing within a few days on Japan time, while later releases and official resale may appear with little notice.

When following multiple artists, each one requires separate monitoring across different channels. It is also not always clear which sales round an announcement refers to, making it easy to miss the right opportunity.
